Mission
I’m a tech exec + hybrid homeschool mom passionate about empowering kids through functional movement. I hold a degree in education and several coaching certs, and was a collegiate and professional athlete in a prior life!

Rise Up offers functional fitness FREE programming, research articles, equipment, and gear for kids and families across the country. Daily workouts are rooted in functional movement and strive to instill strength, agility, and coordination in each participant. Make functional fitness a part of your homeschooling journey! Our easy-to-access app-based programming takes the thinking out of homeschool PE and helps keep your family moving. We offer daily programming for tots, kids, pre-teens, teens and even parents. Each member of your family can log their activity and progress in the app, which helps build healthy habits and routines. We program equipment and no-equipment variations for every workout.
While our classes are specifically geared for Boise area homeschool families, our Membership is open to anyone!
